Andesite can generate in the Overworld in the form of mineral veins. Andesite attempts to generate 10 times per chunk in veins of size 1-33, from levels 0 to 79, in all biomes.
One block of polished andesite can be found in igloo basements. Polished andesite can also be found in the "nature", "forge", and "large jail" rooms of woodland mansions. Andesite can also generate in snowy tundra village blacksmiths & armorer houses.
If mined without a pickaxe, it drops nothing.
Diorite: Diorite can generate in the Overworld in the form of mineral veins. Diorite attempts to generate 10 times per chunk in veins of size 1-33, from altitudes 0 to 79, in all biomes. Diorite generates in weaponsmith houses, tannery houses, and mason houses in snowy tundra villages. In Bedrock Edition, diorite generates in coral reefs, replacing some blocks of coral crust. Polished diorite also generate in warm underwater ruins.
Cobblestone: Cobblestone occurs naturally in dungeons, jungle temples, pillager outposts, underwater ruins, strongholds, and woodland mansions. Cobblestone generates in all types of villages except desert.
Andesite Breaking time
Andesite is currently used only for decoration. It has the same blast resistance as stone, meaning it can be used as a substitute for stone when building.
How to make Andesite
Open your crafting table so that you have the 3x3 crafting grid.
To make andesite, place 1 diorite and 1 cobblestone in the 3x3 crafting grid.
And 2 andesite will appear in the box to the right.
